Meet the Cast

Despina Lemoni — The Matchmaker
A warm, unstoppable village matchmaker who has brought hundreds of couples together. She is in Oslo for a seminar and does not know she is on the shortlist. Her route asks whose words she is allowed to use when the institution tries to polish her story.

Portia Ames — The Lobbyist
A razor-smart public-affairs closer paid to pry the winner's name loose. She tells Eirik exactly why she is there, then turns professional persuasion into sparkling flirtation while struggling to say what she wants when there is nothing left to bill.

Ylva Hegge — The Goalkeeper
A retired national-team handball goalkeeper and newly appointed Committee member with a vote to cast and far too many files to learn. Blunt, competitive, and sincere, she is determined to earn her seat while Eirik helps her understand the rules without telling her how to vote.
