About
Train the First Class
Japan has opened its first external intelligence agency in eighty years, and Naoki Tsukuda—an ex-consular officer known for patience, decency, and an almost pathological inability to lie—has been chosen to run its inaugural training course. For ten weeks, inside a closed seamen's school on the coast south of Tokyo, Naoki must teach what he has never had to do: misdirect, test, and persuade. But the real pressure comes from the three women closest to him. Choose one complete romance route and watch duty, grief, trust, and desire collide with the uneasy question of what kind of institution this new Agency should become.
Meet the Cast
Hinako Tabata — The Bathhouse Keeper
Hinako, 34, runs the Kotobuki bathhouse—hot tiles, hard work, regulars who never change, and a boiler one bad night away from failing. Widowed three years ago, she has never demanded answers from Naoki, even though he is the one man who might have them. Her route follows friendship tipping into love and a truth that could cost everything to speak aloud.
Yuzuki Kanbe — The Role-Player
Thirty, bright, and always in motion, Yuzuki is a contract role-player for the course, paid to become whoever the trainees need her to be. She grew up four doors down from Naoki, vanished at nineteen, and returned with a packed suitcase and too many versions of herself. Her route begins with physical chemistry and asks whether honesty alone can build trust.
Chiaki Domoto — The Chief Instructor
Forty-one, precise, and quietly formidable, Chiaki is the only person on the course who has actually done the work she is teaching. Passed over for Naoki's job, she becomes his instructor instead—grading every mistake and daring him to improve. Her route is a slow-burn conflict between discipline, professional duty, and desire.
