Ondine Lavaux — The Widow-President
Ondine inherited an organization, its debts, and the public role once held by her late husband. She can manage contracts and production details, but appearing alone as the face of the pageant is a different challenge. Her route follows late-night work, shared history, and the decisions required to lead the organization herself.

Nayeli Bustamante — The Reigning Queen
Nayeli has three weeks left in the title Octavio helped her win and no clear plan for what comes next. Her route begins with an established coach-and-contestant history and forces both characters to decide what their relationship becomes when her reign ends.

Yamila Arrieta — The National Director
Yamila runs the host delegation with precision and political skill. She also remembers a professional humiliation Octavio caused twenty years earlier. Her route centers on their unresolved history, negotiations over the current production, and the consequences of their choices for the people they manage.
