About
Six Weeks. Six Hundred and Four Objects. Three Ways Forward.
Rafe Sowerby has spent twenty-one years as Head of Conservation at a London museum, learning every mark on a collection of 604 contested treasures. Now a West African court delegation has arrived with a six-week transfer programme: examine every object, choose the first 61 to return, and complete the work while cameras, campaigners, and the museum board watch every decision.
Guide Rafe through an adult romance visual novel where one early choice opens three distinct routes. Each relationship takes him to different locations, confronts him with different professional and personal consequences, and asks what restitution means when the objects are not the only things that cannot be restored.
Meet the Cast
Elspeth Rooke — A House Full of Somebody Else's Answers
Elspeth is a widow with a bright laugh, bad admin, and a Kent farmhouse packed with forty years of her late husband's acquisitions. Many of them are mysteries she cannot name and does not want to face alone. Rafe knew her husband far too well, and he has his own history of looking away. Their route moves between irreverent warmth, buried evidence, and choices whose costs cannot be contained inside the farmhouse.
Yewande Oduya — The Objects That Are Still in Use
Yewande is the Aruwe court's Keeper of the Regalia: capable, direct, always moving, and unimpressed by the museum's ceremony. She challenges Rafe where he is strongest, across conservation benches, storage aisles, crates, schedules, and late-night precision work. To her, the collection is not merely a story; it is a set of necessities, and she has come to London to take specific things home.
Blythe Carrow — The Third Person
Blythe is the crisis-communications consultant hired to manage the transfer and, specifically, to manage Rafe, whose honesty is a liability on camera. Brilliant and controlled, she speaks in carefully engineered sentences until Rafe pushes past the professional mask. Their route unfolds through media training, public statements, private negotiations, and moments where a sentence can work exactly as intended and still carry a permanent cost.
Key Features

- Work-driven storytelling: Examine objects, prepare crates, manage schedules, and navigate the practical decisions behind a high-profile restitution programme.
- Consequences without easy answers: Face private compromise, professional fallout, public scrutiny, and the limits of institutional loyalty.
- A complete adult visual novel: Every romance route includes explicit adult scenes, with nine adult scenes across the three routes.
- A mature ensemble cast: Work alongside museum staff, court delegates, campaigners, journalists, consultants, and families carrying different claims on the past.
What Is a Thing For?
The collection will move with or without Rafe. What remains in question is how he uses his skill, his silence, and the authority he has accumulated over two decades. Decide what he will protect, what he will return, and which truths he is finally willing to say aloud.
